I've been listening to a lot of old J-Zone lately. He gets slept on pretty often which is a shame because his beats are dope as shit. I think I first heard him on a link from Napster, they were promoting this album and the track they used as a sample was the Trojan War. DJ Muro is a cat out of Japan, basically one of the most important dudes out of Japan. He came up in DJ Krush's crew and stuck with production and DJ'ing. He's done a lot of work with D.I.T.C. which is why I'm familiar with him. This 12" is really dope...but it's the Lord Finesse remix that shines.
